Our other police character is PC Nathaniel Ringwood the younger. He is a special constable circa 1942. During the war years (1939-45) the police service was reinforced by many part time officers. Nathaniel is typical of one of these. In an accurate uniform he can display the extensive police collection already described or patrol any wartime themed event.
Even in this modern age there is still great affection felt for the old ‘bobby' of yesteryear, as audience reaction to both the PC Ringwoods shows.
